Marina Vela’s most popular outdoor space is the Plaza de la Capitanía, THE OUTDOOR AREAS, which, with its 1,000 square meters, offers a venue for all kinds of outdoor events: car exhibitions, markets, corporate presentations, filmings, etc.
We also have THE GARAGE, a 2,000-square-meter covered parking area; THE STORAGE ROOMS, spaces between 30 and 80 square meters on the ground floor ideal for organizing small events such as workshops and pop-up stores; and THE FUEL STATION, a 120-square-meter room with open sea views and a terrace.
